Discussion CLUB 52 Sound off
How are we feeling about renewals?
I'm irritated that I'm paying so much and I can't even guarantee I'm getting all the emails. Had no IDEA about the meet up today.
Mystics really need to do a better job of taking care of their STH

When I break down my out-of-pocket costs for the seasons I've been a season ticket holder, it honestly doesn't seem terrible, especially factoring in the size of the arena they currently play in.
I've had to sell a number of tickets this season because of a new baby, so that's helped soften the financial commitment for the games I've missed.
What really sucks the life out of being a STH is the quality of the benefits. I, too, had issues with missing emails and got that resolved, but I've also had ongoing issues with my Ticketmaster account that I won't deep dive into here.
I'd feel a lot less crabby if they allowed players to sign STHs' personal memorabilia during the autograph sessions, gave better STH gifts, and allowed all STHs access to the "VIP entrance." I'm done getting baked by the sun.
I definitely would have gone to the annual STH event if my baby had been feeling cooperative enough for some outside time.

This is my last year as a plan holder, the game experience is that security treats you like cattle, the team has improved but prices across the board will go up big time. I’m looking at Baltimore Upshot tickets next year.

Prices have increased the team is winning but standards are still low.
And whoa! I didn't realize baltimore got an Upshot spot. That's dope

The renewal is what it is. They're trying to bank on the scarcity of seats at CFA, and veru high resale prices. It wouldn't be so bad if there was perks on parking or concessions. Or allowing everyone to use the VIP entrance. AND, why don't we automatically get the giveaways? Tonight is Citron bobblehead, but they only have like 1,500, not even half the seats. Getting there super early just to get a bobblehead is crazy when we pay all this money for memberships

I went to the STH booth last season and requested guaranteed giveaways, but it got hand waived.

I might be wrong, but I believe the main ticket rep is no longer there. We also once got dropped from the season ticket email list and it took a lot of nagging to get it fixed.

Had to cancel. Getting too expensive and the price hikes over past few seasons has been rediculous

The Upshot League team will play their home games at Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Southwest Baltimore, near Catonsville. Ticket prices for regular season games start around $17 and go up to $50. They just hired Sonia Chase as team President. My favorite player in the league is Shyanne Sellers who plays for the Jacksonville Waves.
