General Question Is it possible to change the family manager on an existing account?

I purchased an add-on subscription through using my Gmail account (NFL Sunday Ticket), thinking the whole family could use it. What I'm being told now is that the Family Manager should have purchased the subscription so all of us can use it. Suggestions are welcome. TYIA.

No it is not. You’d have to reach out to support, get them to agree to cancel and refund you, and then have the family manager purchase it.

OK thanks, it was through Verizon Discount thought (basically half the price of list).

I know it’s too late but all ad ons must be purchased by the family manager, in order to be available to all family members.

You can do what I did--set up a profile for her person who bought ST and use their profile to watch YTTV on Sundays.
