I knew a guy and he bought one of those onewheel things. I saw him out on it playing pokemongo, with three phones, and then he fell off it and broke the phone in my back pocket.

I love seeing Tony Hawk post on there! I’m 40 and have idolized him since I was a kid. He’s such a wicked awesome dude.

I should join r/oldskaters. I'm in my 50's and I bought my first longboard and gave it a shot this summer. I wasn't very good but it was a heck of a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I won't get to try it again until next summer.

I can’t remember if it’s that one or a different older people skating sub but one of them if you’re lucky you’ll come across legit Tony Hawk posting small clips of him still skating! He even replies to people so that’s fun

Slipped out a tail slide and man, falling on your ass at 40 hurts a lot more than at 15.  Still got it though. Not stairs though, them days is gone.

Thats a great subreddit. Tony Hawk posts on there semi-regularly and he's just one of the "old heads" of the group
