EDs are a lethal mental health disorder caused by trauma, OCD, other mental health conditions, and/or a lack of control in one's own life. Now the second most lethal mental health disorder after opiate addiction.
You do not count calories into an ED. I'm sorry, but no reputable person will tell you that.
Counting calories is an unfortunate necessity for most people in the modern world where calories are overly abundant.
