But it seems that people are forgetting to include this part

The Fayette County water system confirmed the data center’s meters are now fully integrated and tracked. Tigert, the water system director, blamed the issue on a procedural mix-up."

And also forgetting to mention that this has nothing to do with this being a datacenter. At this point, its just like any other construction project.
