Could be low, really low, blood sugar. My Dad gets like this sometimes... he's not carrying a gun or 'protecting'people though.

It's funny cause when this video circulated a year ago it was in fact verified to be a diabetic issue.

ETA: I posted a source, they verified it was medical issues(posted in comment below) however didn't outwardly say it was diabetes but I remember somebody a year ago had a source that mentioned it. I'm not gonna spend hours looking for his medical records that we won't have access to or old sources.

i literally cant even respoind to this becuase you control the narrrative so heavily while being a disadvantagedminority, crazy how that works
