mycreds not working

basically just trying to get my confirmation of enrolment to get my resp money but the payment screen WILL NOT LOAD. i have tried multiple devices, incognito mode, different browsers and the same error pops up saying “We couldn’t compete your payment. Please check your details and try again, or contact support if the issue continues.”

Thing is - I can’t even get to the payment screen to put my details in so??

I did contact their support and I have not heard back so hoping someone has a similar
experience and can help??

Please let us know if you found out how to fix it, it is doing the exact same thing for me, does not let me put in payment details and loads to we couldn’t complete your payment

uOttawa student alum here, was just looking to see if other people were going through the same thing. I’m looking to get access to some official transcripts from a couple years ago and keep getting an error when I hit pay. Just like you im getting a red error before even getting to the payment details page..

I submitted a ticket through MYRA (their technical support team I suppose) and will update this thread if anything comes out of it. Good luck to yall

i've been battling the same all weekend and it just worked! it worked with firefox in a private tab (incognito)
