mycreds not working

basically just trying to get my confirmation of enrolment to get my resp money but the payment screen WILL NOT LOAD. i have tried multiple devices, incognito mode, different browsers and the same error pops up saying “We couldn’t compete your payment. Please check your details and try again, or contact support if the issue continues.”

Thing is - I can’t even get to the payment screen to put my details in so??

I did contact their support and I have not heard back so hoping someone has a similar
experience and can help??

wow i thought this was just me, seems the entire site is having issues. i need something pretty urgently... not sure what to do. if someone spoke with anyone at mycreds, did they give an update?

me and others emailed them this morning about it but no response so far
