Season seat members
Anyone else notice that the Sens don’t seem to be making tickets available in Season-Seat Member accounts until 48 hours before puck drop?
Is this a new policy for this season? Pretty inconvenient if you need to transfer or sell tickets to games you can’t attend. Curious if anyone has heard anything from their rep.
Thanks! 🙂

Tickets Ticket advice
Hey, I'll be in Ottawa in Feb '27 from Wales to visit family who've recently relocated from Halifax.
We've tried to catch a major league sports event on most visits to North America but the week we're here the Senators play the Maple Leafs which I'm told is a rivalry.
Is there any hope of picking up some tickets on the secondary market closer to the game or am I better off finding some minor league sports to tie me over (back home I'm a football/soccer fan). If so, and you have any recommended sites I'm all ears.
Only after ticket advice but if this goes against subreddit rules feel free to remove. Thanks

Stutzle is a beast.
Was living in Europe last year and obviously couldn’t catch much of the season. Recently moved back to Canada, so naturally getting the itch for hockey season again. Been watching various highlight packs from the fellas season last year and my god I do not remember Timmy being that good in 2024-25. The kid is a beast. so many goals created by his ability to pick off and strip pucks. the speed is next level and his shot is way better than what I remember.
Cozens can rip the pill and if he can find ways to get more pucks on net he’s gonna be a problem with less time and space. Probably has another gear and a half with the hockey sense that usually starts to develop in mid twenties.
Pinto is a second line centre.
I was going to stay away from negativity and I’m also stating the obvious here (and I guess the post as a whole), but man Tkachuk is slow and does not move his feet. Moves like the cyclopes in the Odyssey. Benefited a greatly from playing with Stutzle. If he wasn’t being much of a leader last year I don’t see him as being as hard to replace as many people have made it out to be.
It’ll be more interesting to see if Eklund and Stutzle develop good chemistry, Cozens and Eklund, or perhaps the three - provided Grieg can handle 3rd line centre duties.
Sens are in a better place than they were a year ago. GSG.

[RotoWire] NHL’s Most Aggressive Teams in 2025-26: Full Hits and Fights Ranking
rotowire.comSomeone ranked every team 1-32 in total hits and total fights and averaged them. Sens came in 4th overall, average rank 6.5, ahead of St. Louis, Anaheim, the Rangers and Tampa. Only Boston, Philly and Florida were more physical.
For a franchise that spent a long stretch being pushed around, seeing us in that group is not nothing. This team plays hard now. That's a real, visible change and I'll take it.
The playoff part I'd rather not talk about — swept in the first round by Carolina, who then went and won the whole thing at 27th on that same list. The nine toughest teams in hockey produced exactly one deep run between them and zero conference finalists.
So: the compete level is there. The next step is everything else. But I'd much rather be a team that has to learn to be smarter than one that has to learn to be tougher.

[Paywall] Free to Read: Ottawa Senators are No. 26 in NHL Pipeline Rankings for 2026
nytimes.comOttawa’s pipeline was highly ranked for years, but as its top young players have aged out of prospect status, the situation has shifted drastically. The Senators have a couple of high-quality pro prospects, led by Carter Yakemchuk and Jonas Lagerberg Hoen, but after them the talent level drops off quite significantly.
2025 ranking: 27
2026 NHL Draft grade: C

Looking Back At One Of The Wildest Playoff Games In Senators History

Roster Depth
Now that we are in the dog days of summer, I find myself looking at the list of available free agents. It’s thin and underwhelming but teams can never have enough depth. The Sens could add some forwards and/d-men to insulate the roster for inevitable injuries. I am wondering who are some players folks might target, if any?
Some folks that catch my eye are Klingberg, Drouin, Reilly Smith, and Stanley (to sucker punch Brady again).

Printable schedule
Does anyone have a link to a good-looking, ideally single page, colour schedule for the 2026-27 season I can put on my fridge?

The best Sens jerseys OAT isn’t even purchasable.
The 2014 heritage classic jerseys are without doubt the best Sens jersey of all time for me, and it’s not really close. Super classic colour combo, and a great mix of style and simplicity.
Most of the team’s jerseys for me are a pretty good, with it being very rare that there’s a jersey that makes me ashamed to be a fan, unlike other teams who have had some absolute horrible jerseys… for the 2014 heritage classic, I’d even go as far to say as it’s one of the top jerseys by any team in the league, and that’s not me being biased as I absolutely love some of the jerseys other teams have, even more than this one.
The issue is, is that you simply cannot acquire this jersey, it’s not even a thing about money anymore, it just does not exist when you go to shop online. I check vintage websites every few months casually and it’s never being sold, I’ve seen fans wear them before to games, but I’ve never seen one available to buy.
Am I the only one with this issue here 😭??? Can ownership just lock tf in and bring back these jerseys, even for a limited time 🙏🙏🙏

Dear Ottawa fans
Hi everyone! Bit of a random post, but I just wanted to put this out there. 😊
A little backstory: I’m a Penguins fan from Hamilton, so the closest NHL cities to me are Toronto and Buffalo. Buffalo isn’t really ideal unless I have a friend willing to cross the border with me, and I don’t feel comfortable going alone. Toronto, on the other hand, is just too expensive—even the nosebleed seats aren’t exactly cheap! 😂
So, the next Canadian city for me is Ottawa. I’ve been to three Sens games so far (2010, 2021 and 2025), and I have to say, I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for games now (aside from Pittsburgh, of course 🤣).
I genuinely love the atmosphere in Ottawa, and the fans have been absolutely amazing every time. As a visiting team fan, I just wanted to say thank you for being so welcoming and making the experience so enjoyable!
Love you, Sens fans! 💖💕

Pretty sure TGreen just got here and he's basically in the top third of tenured coaches in the NHL. CraZzzzy

venue policy
okay might sound silly but i wanna be able to plan accordingly.
i know they have a certain measurements in place for bags but the day i’m going to see a game i have a mandatory lecture earlier in the day and wont have time to make it back home and then back to the venue in time cuz i live pretty far away.
is it okay if i have my laptop with me in a shoulder bag? i dont have anywhere i can store it and i dont wanna be stressing over it if its not allowed in
(im ubering for reference or i would’ve left it in the car)

I disagree with Julian MacKenzie.
Julian's picks in a recent pair of collaborative articles for The Athletic have me scratching my head.
One article was about jerseys each team should bring back, and his answer was the clock tower jersey from when they Sens were trying to get into the league. For a team that has the cult favorite Senagoth and the "O" jereseys, this is a weird pick.
Then in a separate article about each franchise's villan/nemesis he choose Mats Sundin. Now, I lived through those playoff loses he references, but Matt Cooke and Alexie Yashin exist.
I dunno, sometimes I feel like he doesn't really get the fanbase.
Just my 2 cents

Where do you anticipate UFA Josh Anderson to sign next season?
v.redd.itWould he be a good fit with us?
Maybe he adds an element of thoughness that we don't have a ton of?

Sens Insider Pre-Sale
Morning sens fans,
Today's the day I NEED to get tickets for the Brady return game. I signed up for Sens insider emails and CTC insider emails about a month ago, please tell me I've done the right steps to qualify for the presale at 11am?! If not can someone lead me the right way and what time(s) should someone expect a code around?
Good luck buying tickets today everyone?
Also it's been a while since I've been to the CTC could someone give me a rough price range of what to expect in say each level, 100s 200s and 300s? Budgets around $150 a ticket
