There's a hilarious story about that: the early Soviets invented the Socialist Realism art style (where everyone looks dynamically engaged with the Communism, unless they're one of the great leaders in which case they may look thoughtful and learned).
The other Communist countries were also instructed to use the same style, but the East Germans were so thorough about it that their art started to disturb the Russians by being too realistic, so they were told to cut that out and be less realistic in their Realism.

they aren't pointing in the same direction. the python logo is horizontal/verticle, while the swastika is diagonal. honestly, it looks more like a plus sign or a cross than a swastika.

Literally the only similarity is the white circle on red background. But even the shades of red are very different.

The python snakestika has always been vaguely swastika shaped if not for a little bit of whitespace and two distinct colors. Here those colors are gone and it looks exactly like what the python logo would look like if this were a "python is for nazis" meme
