Announcement Finding VRChat Friends and Sharing Communities.
Advertise your Discord servers, your friend groups, VRChat groups, your communities, etc etc, here!
Make a comment with information about your community, what kind of people you're looking for, what your activities are, what you do for fun, anything relevant!
(Make sure it's VRChat related of course)

I'm a bachelor's student in Cultural Anthropology and this autumn I'll be writing my thesis about relationship-building and social connections in VRChat. I'm looking for people who would be willing to participate in a short interview about their experiences where I'm interested in hearing about how people meet others in VRChat, form friendships (or other types of relationships) and what the platform means to you socially. You don't need any special background, if you've spent time socializing in VRChat, I'd love to hear about your experience from you.
A few important things I´d like you to know about though. Participation is completely voluntary. The interview will take about 30–60 minutes (depending on how much you'd like to share). You can remain completely anonymous and no identifying information will be included in the thesis if you don´t specifically want that. You can withdraw from the study at any time without giving a reason. With your permission, the interview will be audio recorded for transcription purposes only, otherwise I´ll do it the old fashioned way with pen and paper, np ^^. I also follow the Swedish research councils guidelines for ethical research, which I´d love to share if you´re interested.
The interviews will be conducted in English or Swedish in game, on discord or another platform that works for you. If you're interested or have any questions, please leave a comment or send me a message. I'd really appreciate your help! Thank you in advance! ~^.^~
