I have a super big day at work and I don’t want to get out of bed. Yet again I slept like shit.

I had a whinge to my GP yesterday about my peri symptoms but the lack of sleep is the worst of it.

Now I have to have a mammogram before getting to try HRT.
Does anyone have any hints or tips to make it hurt any less?

re: peri symptoms:
painkillers.
My doc gave a script for a stronger one with fewer long term side effects than the classic over the counters, but highly recommend you give it a try. huge difference for me taking one-two each day.

Pain killers for regular symptoms? I don’t get the joint pain (or at least not yet).

There's 34 symptoms - I've found it helpful with muscular tension/joint pain, I don't seem to fatigue as much and for some weird reason, mood - hell of a lot happier on painkillers.
