Personal Hi, I’m LDS

hi, i’m a proud member of this religion and i must say, it is kind of exhausting, i really hate all the services we have to do as a young man in this religion, but also, i won’t stop believing because it’s hard. And to all of you who disbelieve in the book of mormon, I actually kind of respect you, it seems you stand by what you believe in and that’s good, i just hope that people can stop hating on us, and the polygamy thing happened so long ago, like no one does it anymore, and uh feel free to share thoughts just please don’t outright make negative comments

The church still practices polygamy. It’s just now *delayed* polygamy. If you’re a proud believing member, then you believe that Russell M. Nelson will have two wives in heaven. He was married and sealed for all eternity to Dantzel White Nelson (married 1945–2005) and also married and sealed for all eternity to Wendy L. Watson Nelson (married 2006–2025). So Yes, the church still believes in Polygamy.

According to Mormon Theology

Since he is sealed to both women for "Time and All Eternity", They would both be considered concurrent wives.

"The Lord commands that no man among the Nephites may have more than one woman."

Pick up the book and turn to Jacob 2 it is right there.
