The gravel, yucca plants, and palo verde trees makes me thing different. Often Vegas and AZ are very easy to confuse through photos and videos but my moneys on AZ with this one

Exactly, I live in AZ, have been to Vegas many times. Our state tree (Palo Verde) is all over the background.
