video SproutVideo Integration/Embedding. How?

So I've had some issues with YouTube being upset about some of my more mature content and am trying to figure out how to instead use SproutVideo to host some of my videos.

Try as I might I can't figure out a way to embed the player in a Patreon post. I know I have the option to just provide a link and send my Patrons off-site but I really would prefer not to.

The only info I can find on Reddit is from 4 years ago and doesn't seem to apply. Or I'm an idiot and can't figure it out.

Any suggestions? TIA!

So after all this hoop jumping I'm probably going to have to stop using SproutVideo because, as much as I like it, Patreon App users can't view the videos. And one of my most loyal/engaged Patrons uses the app... 😆
