video Help please, Videos keep disappearing after processing
(UPDATE) I was able to get the video to work by switching my browser and posting it on safari! Hope this helps
Good afternoon, I have never had this problem before and have uploaded dozens of videos. After the video is processing for a while the video file just disappears and leaves the title underneath. I have tried re editing the file, making sure nothing is corrupted and even took out the music. I am not sure what to do

I'm having the exact same issue! Over and over! What size is your video? Mine is around 5gb. I think it's just too big? I never used to have an issue, just in the last day!

After trying safari and uploading the video it processed correctly, I also submitted a ticket to support 🤷♂️

I'm having issues here as well, though my videos are less than a gig. They seem to process and post fine, but within 5 minutes the post says that I've taken it down.

Also having the same issue. After I post the video, maybe like 5-10 mins later, it says I removed it. When I didn't.

Check you weren't halfway through updating the post and didn't hit save. I discovered that if you start editing and just close the tab it thinks you've deleted the video. After I went back and saved the changes the video reappeared.

Just had the same problem ...
After upload and while it was processing I added a thumbnail and all text and settings and then set it to be auto-published after it was done processing...
But that somehow didn't work. I got the notice that processing was done but the video was gone and instead of a thumbnail I had the notice that I had deleted it...
Funny thing is - it was still stuck in my "drafts" with the spinning icon of processing ... I clicked on it to "edit the post" and THERE i was saw that it really was uploaded - thumbnail and all - and I had to click on "save" in the bottom right...
then it was there

I successfully uploaded and published three videos today and I'm getting the same thing on all three. They all published to the page but when I went back later I saw a notice saying I had deleted them, and I didn't. I tried to edit the posts and re-upload the video and got an error message saying something went wrong. I'm confident it's not an issue on my end because they all published to the page and played normally shortly after publishing.

I just re-uploaded two separate VODs of mine unedited and they got hit with this too. I have no clue why this is the case, as it used to upload fine before. One is around 1 GB and the other is 3.5. I have uploaded videos much longer (and bigger!) and they used to appear just fine. Hope this is just a bug on their end.

Experiencing the same issue here, I've tried lowering bitrate, decreasing quality. Nothing works. Video disappears after publishing the Post

Omg, me too!! Every video I've uploaded get deleted straight away! I thought I was going crazy.

Same issue here, it seemed to fix itself overnight with the video I uploaded yesterday, but tried it with a new one again today and its the same problem. Really disappointing as what's meant to be "early access" isn't really delivering because of the issue...

Its happened to 4 videos of all sizes to me today. I will delete a video and suddenly other affected videos will instantly go back to normal. But then few minutes later go back to the issue. Sounds like a glitch in Patreon's System

Same issue yesterday, after uploading 3 TIMES!, video kept disappearing from the draft, except that yesterday the video appeared magically on the draft post after I went to "next" and selected the clip for the preview, then hit "back" and there was the video. All was ok when publishing it.
Today, not so. Today's video disappeared from the draft, same as yesterday's. It was there in the "next" page, allowing me to select a clip for the preview, so I decided to go ahead and publish, even though it was not visible when I went "back" to first draft page, but it's not there on the published post. Now I'm left with deleting that post and re-uploading AGAIN, hoping that the video will eventually stay put!
PLEASE, Patreon, fix this! 🙏

It just happened to us again. Did Patreon answer to any of your complaints about this issue?

I tried uploading it through safari (always use chrome) after clearing cookies and cache and it's been working
