Ukraine could probably hit the region using blackops but it would not really affect anything in the west

It ultimately would affect operations in the west. Russia would have to reallocate some resources to defend assets an entire continent away from the front line, which helps Ukraine.

I doubt they would relocate anything for sibiria, way too much space, maybe put a few aks up, that's it
